Feasability Studies
Important to both builder/developers and private individuals a properly conceived feasibility study will help, not only in providing the peace of mind that a particular project is viable at outset, but will also provide a guiding hand in the development of a project in terms of likely costs and the all important potential profit or even loss. A comprehensive study will include a considered view on the price paid for a development, it’s likely build/development costs, any items for further consideration that my lead to the need for contingency costs and finally a potential outcome selling price on the open market.
