Building Design
Building design is often left to an architect. Architectural design and building design can however be two different things. John Wright is able to provide logical building design consultancy based on building principles as opposed to design principles. It may be your desire to have a particular room in a particular shape and size, however, this may not be feasible when considering the building consequences. The loft conversion that you have in mind may need to have a certain staircase angle in order to meet with the current building regulations and perhaps those roof lights may need to be ‘conservation’ roof lights in order to meet with planning permission approval. All issues such as these ideally require the services of a Chartered Buildings Surveyor and it is in this respect that John Wright regularly works hand in and with both builders and architects in order to achieve the desired result.
